If someone keeps healing they can be bountied over and over, some like to have it done to them, they get a rival list, but once the bounties stop...

No one can attack you unless you open the window, but attacking in any fashion first , but you can be whipped/slapped/punched and or listed.
Are you in your last location ?? otherwise they won't count towards DGP's
