If you successfully collected it's fine. In my tests the Boss remains on your screen uncollected, so it should work fine after the fix.
Yep, this is a bug that we're seeing across all games. We're working on it, but for now hold off on collecting any Bosses until we've got it fixed. :)
Ah, that's "War Mode", different from Syndicate Wars. That information is correct as it pertains to War Mode.
Battle Arena you need to be level 250 to join. Syndicate Wars you can participate in at any level as long as your Syndicate is eligible.
