I think you get that wrong :-) Party health loss with 1 stam attacks is no problem for me. Less damage is no problem for me either so if it helps...

I use the 1 stamina attack sometimes when I'm close to leveling and don't want to waste energy when my energy level is less than 500 below max...
Make that over 4 years :-) 3 weeks between bosses and 1 week to kill = 4 x 20 = 80 weeks for 1 elite 3 x 80 = 240 weeks for 1 legendary/optimal...

You mean the social feed? If that's what you mean, you have a drop down menu to choose what you want to help with. Much easier then colors.
