i don't have that problem. they're hard to get, but not impossible. at least for me.

i think a lot of raids are not full because the level tiers aren't set up right, and it takes too much effort to put them down.
hopefully, this will all get worked out before the next arena that i can participate in (not the next one coming up).

it depends on how you want to play. for putting down bosses, health is key. if you want to beat up on other players, you need high attack....
