Another reason is that new players don't understand that they need to heal. They see the party bar go down and think: great, killing it is easier...
There is a limit, so a non-owner can 'only' kill the party twice. However, the repercussions of two kills are so big that it often dooms a raid.
This has been asked for a lot, but unfortunately Kano doesn't see the problem. Only solution right now is to invite reliable people only.
