i have a qeustion i have not placed email before on myspace now i lost my inlogs on myspace and how can i get into it ?
Please i where near level 1900 on myspace

 

I hope so cause I deleted mine...

 

i can't log in to it , where to late for login code i'm near level 1900 please help me out .

The best bet is to make a ticket through Support and they will help you out!

 

One thing that would help with the offsite and may make use of your MySpace accounts, especially if you have clan is to spread the word that they can play here: http://www.kanoplay.com/myspace

If they haven't created an account or ever given us their email, they will need to write into support to answer some questions to verify their credentials: http://support.kanoapps.com

 

I have both a ms and a fb account but when i log into kano play its auto directing me to my fb character. I tried logging out and using my ms info that I had changed via email and its saying my pw is invalid?

I would like to delete my account, but I have no clou how, can't find the option, can't even figure out, how to send messages to friends. this new myspace sucks.

You must be logged in to your Support Profile to submit a ticket.

 

Hi bassie, you do need to create a separate Support account as the forums and Support are two different environments.

 

Also, just as a reminder: if you're having issues logging in, make sure that you are on www.kanoplay.com/myspace before making a ticket with Support!

 

Some suggestions

I am so happy that they were able to get this up so fast! I am a little upset that i lost all my speakers, i hope they make the screen bigger, other than that good job.

 

i bookmarked the site but for some reason it keep pulling up very small. 1/3 of my screen i had to come back here to forum to copy link to get back in (what i mean by link )kanoplay.com some1 posted in forum b4 . not sure if that happening to others but that how i got back in twice so far . maybe might want to look into that

We have a page setup on FB. lots of myspace players are members. I have posted in it letting everyone know that the new portal is up and running. If you would like to PM me instructions for those who are having issues or such, and i will post the info with the links you send on the page.

thru link it's just perfect it's the bookmark it self that brings it up small.. but i will check zoom on bookmark it self ,thanks
