    WTH does that mean? If I, for some crazy reason, decide to buy some fp's - are you going to take them away cause I "owe"???

    Allow me to put it as simple as possible . . .

    In the corporation that I work for (Canadian corporation mind you), if WE screw up we take the loss of the screw up. Yes, it is HUGE money most of the time amounting to hundreds of thousands and in a few cases I had seen in the hundred millions. Let's make it smaller: go to say McDonalds and IF they gave you the wrong order, they take the loss and correct the deficiency. No questions asked. The same should be applied here. You made a grave error, thus, deal with it without removing customer satisfaction! It is THAT SIMPLE!

    And this WAS a problem too because some players had not yet put in their bare minimums; thus losing what little thay had tried to put in!

    For probably a WHOLE let of players, the Cologne (A124/D125) was and is not usable!

    I HIGHLY suggest that the next time you do something like this, you want to ensure that there are no glitches. It had been years since I worked with servers (huge servers criss-crossing pretty much 90% of the globe) but if it was easy then to check for glitches, I am quite sure it is easier now given the current technology. We had placed programs in our laptops and made it like a server and tested said program for glitches before we sent it out.

    Y'all shouldn't hold your breath waiting for Kano to get off a single penny they grabbed.

    I bought FPs some weeks ago, never got them, & Kano won't make good on it, so I'm out $50. That lousy customer service means that's the last money I ever spend in this game, and I won't even try other Kano games now.

    The only option left was to downgrade my game review due to my financial loss. I rated it at 1-star, and only gave it that much because I couldn't enter a lower rating. Maybe I can keep someone else from getting cheated.

    Hey, Kano....there's no excuse for cheating customers or making us pay for your errors.

    almost 10 years experienced game company , huh? make mistake and take the LOSS in game give out nice rewards is nice thing...... now kano BACKFIRED THEIR LOUSY MISTAKE< THINKING IT WAS TOO MUCH, and it isnt it is a drop in bucket.... cmon kano , stop with your NOSENSE EXCUSES

    Hey Mitch, you've got some bloody cheek! This was not a glitch. No one "exploited" it. To put that terminology in your opening statement is a bit rich. Now you say that your team cocked up big time. I am betting that they did not. I think the offer was genuine. No way could it just appear by itself with a facility to trade and a button allowing multiple trades and a second button asking to confirm the transaction. Someone there input all of that. Now I was probably amongst the first to see the offer. I posted questions about it in the lounge where other long-standing players hang out (ironic that is now shut). How the hell is anyone to know that this wasnt just some new offer? Truth is that the people programing didnt expect or understand the commitment that some of your customers have for the game. Some sat up all night playing to utilise it. It wasn't hidden or a secret or a glitch. It was just there - an option your own guys didnt understand. They probably didnt even know that 5 fp made a worthwhile option in a pointless game. Bottom line is that your customers, people who have spent hundreds of dollars and thousands of hours playing lcn, are deregistering and wiping the game from their facebook. Removing stuff bought and paid for with cash is theft, pure and simple. And as for "balancing the game" well that's laughable. The whole idea is to get better and stronger by trading and buying items. What balance do you mean? The only balance is Kano bank balance. So someone there inadvertently handed out thousands of dollars worth of stuff in return for hundreds of dallars worth of other stuff. Sure, roll the game back 3 days but at least have the decency to return what was there!

    So how does this work since i'm sure many of the people that received FP's for the one token item used the FP's on FP refills for raids. How are you going to take away FP's from them if they used them all and you are not going to remove their actions from raids or completed raids so they got away with it all while others are punished???? Please explain as you stated no more FP's will be removed so that means there is no one that owes them or has a negative amount of them? Sure sounds like many are getting away with it while others are being held accountable.

    Any outstanding balance will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis through Support, so they will get in touch with you as soon as they are able.

    Well I did NOT get any FP's for the one token item so I am not worried about me. I am concerned about the other players and them all being equally dealt with. I have a question about the FP Lock Box. Why do I only get 4 FP's added to it per every 10 used ? Also does it expire? How long does it keep building up?

    £18.53 All gf points were removed from my account without any notification. Theft is defined as the physical removal of an object that is capable of being stolen without the consent of the owner and with the intention of depriving the owner of it permanently.

    This whole messed up situation can be described in one simple statement: KANO chooses to punish their customers for taking advantage of a legitimate offer they made when they discovered that THEIR error benefited the customer!
    I guess we should all be used to it by now...especially the veteran players who made the game viable for so many years. I propose a new motto for LCN players: BOHICA!!!! (Bend Over, Here It Comes Again)

    kano only cares about there bottom dollar, any company out there would own the mistake, and just take the loss, it was not a glitch, nor a cheat, the option to sell unusable items has been around for years, in kano's eyes it is always the customers loss not the companies loss. they dont care one iota about any of the loyal customer base they have had for years. what have we gotten for customer appreciation? nada,zilch, nothing.

    @mi7ch Do you have the faintest idea how much this fiasco is going to cost you in labor time to address every single ticket for claims of lost FP that were purchased with real money? What about the disgruntled players who will simply go to their credit card companies for charge backs? Also, consider the number of players who will quit the game or simply continue to play but NEVER risk another single dime of their hard earned money making purchases. I predict that you will lose far more than you ever could hope to gain with this knee jerk punitive action.

    Now i'm only getting 3 per 10 used so I am seeing a pattern here.... Can someone tell me if this is correct and if it expires or not and how long I have to purchase them?
