[LCN] Issue collecting new Lottery Ticket

I am not able to collect my new ticket for the next lottery draw. I collected the rewards after the player won the 1K and it shows I have (0) tickets and it keeps saying "Collect your ticket"

If you can get this fixed before the next draw that would be great!

PS other syn members are having the same issue

 

Shown on my daily activities that I have free ticket to collect. But when I enter and then click some numbers, I have to purchase them with some favor points. Means that lottery not free. I must purchace or buying them. What suppose I do ? Thanks in advance.

Your welcome - on the top right of this post are some strars, click on the 5th one, from what I heard this helps the dev's to see it

 

I cant collect the free ticket, the button is not working.? Tried refreshing , logging out, you name it ,but doesent work!

I have the same issue

 

My syndicate members mention seeing same message "go collect" and when they go there, there's nothing to collect.
Yesterday's lottery, I won the 2 free tickets. I didn't get the 2 free tickets, it shows zero. Not sure if it's part of this same bug.

Except in LCN. In the other games I have multiple tickets.

 

Fix is still going out to LCN, will be up in a few moments.

Exactly what is "lots" of extra tickets? That doesn't seem fair. What about those of us that didn't happen to try to check the lottery when this issue took place?

 

That may be a misunderstanding or a crossed wire somewhere. We didn't give out any extra tickets, it was just an issue with displaying the amount of tickets somebody already had.
