[PC] Newsletter reward expired? [Fixed]

I got a newsletter today with a link to click for a reward but it's saying the link is already expired. Several other people are getting the same error.

 

I have the same problem with the link to my kong account - offer expired. The FB and KP2 link works ok.

 

Thanks I forgot to mention that it was on the Kong platform. VC and ZS links worked correctly.

My newsletter item is also coming up as," This reward has expired. Check our Forum and Twitter often for more rewards." I'm not sure what to do to attain item.
