Boss Page Update: Additional Tab for Raid Bosses

The Boss page is getting a bit of a makeover today with the addition of a separate tab for the Raid Bosses.

This is a relatively simple change which will take Raid Bosses off of your regular Boss page and give them a tab of their own, similar to how Challenges have their own tab on the Adventures/Jobs/Outbreaks page.

At the top of the Boss list you will see two tabs, Bosses and Raids. This is pretty self-explanatory, but here is a screenshot for you:



The Bosses tab will also show when the next Raid Event is happening, which is something I get asked a lot here on the forums.

The Raids tab will only show you the Raids you currently have joined/opened:



This change is in place right now so Zombie Slayer will get the first look at it when their Raid Event goes live tomorrow morning at 9 am Pacific. This will be out on the other games on their next Raid Event.

that's a very cool change!!! Props to that. I'd also like to see the day when opening bosses in other tabs will work without the need of entering in the actual boss page and taking the boss link. A deeplink fix on the View Boss button to the actual boss page rather than the home page of the game when it's opened in new tab will certainly do the trick.

 

good idea....when you are in 30 raids or more...takes u too long to scroll down for others. will we still see them in our "in bosses" list though? down where we collect them I mean.

 

No, Raid Bosses will only exist on the new Raid tab, so you attack and collect your rewards from there.

Expired or undefeated Raid Bosses can be found under your Mob fights like normal.

Check the date I posted that idea, and the date of the reply... It's pointless to use this forums - again... Players posting ideas, and after a year Kano's all excited about implementing stuff that's been hanging there for way too long... That's not the way to do things. Or maybe it is over at Kano... Procrastinating and drinking beer while eating pizza for the cash players spent, hoping for some improvement..

Anyway, glad they came up with such a brilliant idea so quickly.

 

Not your idea sorry to say. But this was asked on the very first raid that came to games by me to have the tab collapse as the other bosses had. Just as i suggested that they need the health bar on the very first raid. You may have suggested for Lcn but i asked for all the games to have this. Just saying.

Maybe a "thank you" is in order. At least some of us are appreciative. I don't even join many raids, so it doesn't matter to me, but you would think the raid hogs would be ECSTATIC about this.

 

I like it, but keep forgetting about battle arena, can u do same with that? Or maybe u can change the outbreak pic (tracer, tanks, more action, etc)?

That really looks great to me @mi7ch - That is definitely a positive game change that I will actually use and one that will help out big time! I hope (and assume) it will still state whether or not we have completed the minimum actions underneath the Raid Bosses we are in as it did prior to having a separate Raid Boss "tab" (that was another GREAT change that really made things MUCH easier for me)! Keep up the good work Kano - it seems we are moving in the right direction and I am very pleased with the recent changes (and announcements of changes to come)! Thank you @mi7ch and Kano!

*EDIT - I see in the second screenshot you Posted that it states "Minimum Actions Not Complete" underneath the Raid Boss, so thank you for rolling that over with this new tab change!

 

I have an idea: if you don't like how the game is set up, go start one yourself. Or better yet, try to give feedback to another company about another game (cough-zynga-cough) and see how far you get.
