i see a lot of publicly posted raid bosses that just aren't getting attention. i know form chat that a big part of that is fear that a new player will join it and mess it up. also, when posted in jobs, the link is only around for a short while. i don't know if anyone is interested or if it will help but, i created a public group in chat and named it raid bosses. my thought is that those choosing to post their raids publicly might like to post the link in that group. This would mean the post would be available for a much longer period of time so, people could find it when the boss owner is of line and it would be available only to players that have been in the game for at least a month helping to ensure a brand new player doesn't join and kill the party not knowing any better. up to you if you want to use it or not but, thought it might be of help.

Well there is always some raid party killers, sadly hard to avoid. Would be nice if after 3 killed raid party kills, they would be benched for the season
Well I've been happy with the raids. Not sure about others but I think they've been decent. The tiers aren't perfect but the player base will grow into them before too long.
Well don't be to drastic on Kong, this is the best working tiers in 4 seasons, they aren't optimal, but way better than before
IMHO, the top 50% "Total Actions" players (regardless of their tier) should get a superior and the rest a common reward. IE, 30 players, 15 superior. 20 player, only 10 get the superior. After all, the rewards are supposed to be for killing the RAID - those that do the min should get the min reward.
Please pick the highest reasonable number (I say 3500 on kong). This because levels are constantly moving up, so players 'grow' into higher tiers over time anyway.
So just to be clear--after you summon and kill your first raid boss, in all the ones you summon & kill after that, you are not guaranteed a superior reward?
They should not pick lower than 3500 at least. By next season over half the heavy hitter will be in that tier.

Since not everyone can afford a refill or few, there should occur change in the reward system. I know most of you don't like the idea of having drops - will make the Raids overpowered, etc.. But perhaps a change from the no.1 in each tier, to top 5 players in damage/healing/total actions? They would have guaranteed purple drop from the raid. Or just increase the chance a bit... I've done 20 raids now, and I'm at 19 common and 1 purple drop... I mean.. Really? Go to disagree on the tiers you are talking about, the top is way too low. As I wrote as one of the idea on this post http://forums.kanoapps.com/threads/raid-suggestions.15484/, I think that top 2-3 in each tier should get an increase chance of superior drop.
