Itunes app for PC

A few days ago I couldn't get into the app to use on the phone, for some reason, then I must have pressed something,guest?? and now it opened but a brand new account, I want my regular account, not starting a new one but each time I open it on my phone that is the one that shows up,any idea how to fix this ???

 

If you're still logged in as Guest, touch 'More' on the bottom right, which will open the side menu. Touch the Server 2 Guest banner at the top, that should allow you to log in to Facebook from there.

 

ok gonna try now ok it took me to the right screen but it still says Unable to login to facebook,blah blah blah and asks for a password, does it want the Itunes password? I keep putting the FB one,in maybe that is what I am doing wrong

not letting me in at all weird,

 

Hi Kirsten, If you were previously using Facebook, click More at the bottom right of the app, then click server settings, from there click Server 1 Login. This should allow you to connect back to your account.

 

Tried that and did get there but it still says I gotta log in and now it is just loading and not letting me do anything else, trying to find away to take the app out and download it again ??

 

To delete app:
Just tap and hold any app icon until all the icons start wiggling. You’ll notice that the icons will have a little X at the top left corner. To delete an app, tap the X, then tap Delete in the dialog the displays.

Once that's complete you should be able to re-download it from the app store. When you startup the app next, click Facebook and login from there.

well did all that and it still does not recognize me ,thanks thought that would work, but I did learn a few things
