I sent a ticket a few days ago and not only the ticket history has been deleted (not by me) but obviously I have no reply to that last ticket??...

good idea, also it would be nice to access mob inbox by default rather than the last message ie-mob request or random non mob it makes it harder...

well there's been a bunch of queries lately for new features that would be good to add and sadly nothing has been addressed back from the devs...
