Noticed for two days now that the scroll bar is not working for LOCATION in the blacksmith shop. Did not work last night, but sometimes I can leave the game and come back later and something that did not work will work again. Not So with the location scrolling button. I am using "all locations" and scrolling from there. All the other scroll buttons seem to be fine. Just wanted to pass this along........
Thanks for the report, diva of destruction. I just checked this out and it seems to work fine for me. What's your browser (with version, as that sometimes makes the difference for example I'm using Chrome v 32.0.1700.76 m) and OS? Have you cleared your cache? Sometimes that helps with these kind of issues.
Not just here mi7ch. I brought this issue up the other day to Linda and then it worked fine all of a sudden. And now it's back to doing it again. Where you have to scroll through. I believe the day it happened was when u introduced the newest location. But as Diva said you have to click all locations and scroll through now that way. The side bar only goes down to athens for me before i have to pop open the all locations and access the locations passed athens i am crafting in.
Can one of you please post a screenshot of this? I think I know what is going on but I want to confirm my suspicions with what you are seeing. Cheers Edit: Here is what it looks like for me which I assume is what it looks like most of the time for you guys. If you come across the missing scroll bar in the future please take a screenshot and, if you can remember, list the steps you have used to reproduce the bug. That would be much appreciated.
Smack the problem is the scroll bar right there won't scroll you have to manually put your mouse on the city and hit the up or down keys to transfer over to another city that you can't see on the list from the top.
That picture right there Smack. As you can see same picture as yours. But the bar in the yellow highlight doesn't move passed the lost world for me when scrolling using it. I have to maunally highlight a city and then scroll with the mouse. The bar is useless.
What browser are you using and can you reproduce this? (I know I sound like a broken record re: reproducible steps)
I use chrome most updated version. And don't have to reproduce it because it's still happening right now. All i do is go in click on the blacksmith tab it opens up the blacksmith shop and then from the picture you saw if i want to move the location passed lost world which i believe i have 4 cities after it unlocked i have to click on a individual city and then use the down keys to move to the next city down the list to get all the way down to afterworld which is in the city i am in now.
Well snap, looks like the latest version of Chrome is the culprit here. I was able to reproduce after upgrading to Version 32.0.1700.76 m For the time being the Mouse Wheel still works in there. I will investigate a solution for that scroll bar but could be on Chromes end. We shall see.
So you see what it's doing now also. Thanks Smack. I am glad your able to see what we see and don't think were just drinking the pirate punch. And i am still waiting for my Battle drop crafting to come out also.
Mmm the pirate punch. Can I have some? Well I have some good news and some bad news for your. Good news, this isn't a Kano bug. Bad news, this is a bug on Chrome's end of things since version 32.x It would seem that a "solution" is to either downgrade Chrome or upgrade to one of the testing builds of version 33. Other than that the mouse wheel is one work around. Hopefully Google fixes this sooner than later. Yes, I use Chrome and Yes, the wheel works for scrolling. Thanks for your answer! Battle drop crafting? pffft. we need more boss drop crafting IMO.
There is already enough crafting for bosses and adventure drops every time you open a new city. However numerous players are stockpiling useless items from battle drops by fighting and doing armada wars and battle arena. Taken the time to look at your inventory and not pfft people's comments might make you realize it helps everyone and not just one selection of players. Next time think before pfftt someone thanks.
