[All] boss achievments

    i think that all of the boss achievments need to be raised by alot. to level 100 or enev level 250. this would make it so that it would be a challenge to get all of the boss achievments because as it is now it is really easy, and upping them to 250 to get the final achievment would be hard.

    the achievments could go like this(not including reards):

    level 50 as it is now
    level 75
    level 100
    level 125
    level 150
    level 200
    level 250

    there could be a couple more added in there but i think that this would be good enough.

    I think that it's not a good idea. It will cause players to make their bosses too powerful, to the point where it becomes impossible to get rewards and nobody will help with the boss anymore. Kel already expressed that he didn't level his bosses past the max achievement for a reason, because the rewards would become unattainable. Even now, the minimum damage kill reward on the Hel Rising requires over 1,100,000 damage at level 50. Imagine how much it would take at level 250. Nobody would help with the bosses anymore because it would take in excess of 1000 stamina just to get the rewards, even for the strongest helpers. It would take away incentive to help with bosses really quickly, player activity would pitfall, and lower level players would declan their best members because the high-level boss rewards would no longer be attainable. It would kill a part of the game that I find really fun. One star for me.

    well you dont have to get the achievments or even level up your bosses that high. and just because you are not strong enough to kill it wouldnt that be an insentive to become stronger?... i think it would.

    and lower levels wouldnt declan are you kidding me. sorry but i strongly disagree with that part because all of my lower level people just expect me to kill there bosses because they cant, most of my lower level friends never would consider removing such a valuble asset to them. and the higher level benifits from them by getting mega xp from the lower level bosses they want them to kill and in return for the lower level people they get the boss achievments with minimal effort

    After a certain point the drops and rewards are useless so why would you want to keep opening a boss after a certain point unless you were bored, waste of stamina, useless drop and rewards and lower levels are not gonna be able to do the min so a waste for them, I figure most bosses over say ,maybe level 75 to 100 is a good time to retire a boss

    ya but now that people are getting to a point where there levels are so high that there bosses would actually be at this point and not be a challange i think it would award them for putting in that much effort.

    i see some bosses going up in PC that were over level 500 that were in davy jones and the bosses level only keep going up.

    basicly thik as time goes on and players get stronger the more achievments shoulld be added to bosses. just like how they added more to battles, bounty hunting ect.

    this idea is basicly here to make a real challange for people because as it is now it is easy to get the boss achievments. i beleive you would really have to work for the achievments if they were this high up

    Not sure what platform you see this on but I rarely see bosses over maybe 150 or so on Fb sometimes a real high level will post an old boss from a low location prob cause they have nothing else, but I have never seen a level 500 anything on FB in all the years I have been playing

    De Luca Family (Level 556 Chicago Coop Boss)
    Abbott Family (Level 529 London Coop Boss)
    Black Mambas (Level 502 Las Vegas Coop Boss)
    Not to 500 YET, but: Ivanov Family (Level 469 Moscow Coop Boss)

    And yes, I do occassionally post the Abbott-on-up ones
     
  8. to be honest, i saw 400+, but never 500 ..


    10 for idea..
    i have got:
    3 bosses level 300+
    2 bosses level 200+
    10 bosses level 100+
    3 bosses level 100-
    soon all my bosses level 100+ only the last one i unlocked will need some more time

    hey linda there is a high level on FB that posts their high level bosses frequently in pirate clan, but i cant post the persons name here though because i dont have their permission. and the boss i saw wasnt quite 500 but i consider it 500 and it was around a level 490 davy jones, so i could only imagine that it is over level 500 by now because that was a couple weeks ago


    not in reply to you linda but just for everyone: the idea is basicly the higher people gain in levels, only naturally the higher level bosses they will have and with this idea the higher levels will now be rewarded for their time put into all of their high level bosses.

    well good luck, but I don't see the need if a high level wants to post a level 500 low location boss, it does not really do many any good, so I don't seen the need for an achievement. I guess being in boss sharing groups , that level 500 was in the feed, and No I did not see it nor would I waste my stamina on such a boss, had to be one of the kings of queens of stamina on FB and I know few who would have the stamina for a boss like that, prob just trying to burn off their stam lol
     
  12. High leveled low locations bosses allow you level faster than high locations bosses, here a reason why would some keep doing them ; )

    Ok just saw a level 471 cursed pirate, a boss I have no use for for drops or rewards, I know the owner I joined it just to prove it was a waste of stamina, for a boss with nothing I have been able to use for ages, and the owner of that boss never does the min on other players bosses , so all he does is level with bosses, prob does not craft, and that is not how I play, I try to utilize all aspects of the game to be strong, as I level, so again good luck with your idea, but I see no merit in it.

    so if the added more crafting to the game wich i think is highly probable. what happens if they make it to where one of the bosses that you feel you have no use for happens to drop an item for the new crafting item would you still say it is a pointless boss?

    also the more you level and the stronger, the higher your stats get and assuming that you put stats into attack.health and def that would mean you will become a stronger boss fighter. and the stronger you become at fighting bosses the higher xp reward/damage is dealt to a boss. so i dont see why you wouldnt want to be rewarded for your effort and time it takes to get that select boss up to that point.

    EX: say i am a level 15000 that would meen that i have gained 75000 SP(not including achievments)
    and lets say you alocated them like this-
    energy- 3000
    stamina-7500
    health- 200000
    attack- 21000
    defence- 16000

    those stats would use the full amount of skill points and i feel like that is a pretty good skill point alocation for a mostly balenced character.

    the bosses that the person would have would more then definetly have most likly have his bosses up to(PC) new orleans past 250 and from new orleans to alaxandria above level 100 and the most resent locations well they havnt even been out long enough to reach level 100.

    but acording to the boss levels i have posted here would you still say it is not worth it to add more achievments to reward your progress and also reward the higher level players.(wich is what they really want)

    a little hard to gather acurate data scence i am not a super high level but if polish or ben could tell us what there level bosses are at that would be better scence they play PC and are a higher level then me.

    and well why i am at it if anybody is woundering how many bosses i have over level 250, i have 6 but soon to be more.

    In reflection, people wouldn't declan higher level players, but I still feel that raising boss achievements past a certain point would make the boss killing decline heavily. I mean it would rise in the short term but once they reach a certain point their bosses would be practically un-killable (I'm talking about Godly Trials and up in VC) and the bosses wouldn't even be shared anymore cause nobody will be able to kill them. Higher level players would focus every single ounce of stamina on the arena and bounty killing, making their game 2-dimensional. I understand that people use higher level vikings to get the achievements, but the high-level people don't have anybody like that in their clan. The way I see it, it makes it completely unfair for them because they will have an even harder time getting the new achievements. Kel said it himself, he purposefully doesn't continue to use bosses once he finishes the achievements so he can remain helpful to his lower level chieftains. It's already unfair enough for them, adding achievements just makes it even less fair imo, doesn't change my rating.

    well it doesnt have to be level 250 but i am just wanting like many others, higher level boss achievments and i would thnik that making more achievments for bosses. even going up to level 150 would be fine to but just raising them to 100 isnt actually that hard but raising them to 150 would pose a challenge and that is what most are looking for.

    i just would really like to see it raised to give people more reason to level up there bosses and to make it so that there is a challange

    We are just looking at two different parts of the timeline here. You are looking at the immediate effects - people will want to complete their boss achievements again. I'm thinking about what happens when they reach those achievements. What do they do with their bosses then? I'm guessing that most active vikings are between levels 3000 and 7000, and I find the long-term effects detrimental tbh. People will have extremely strong bosses with extremely high health and ATK/DEF. The efficiency of their stamina against bosses would be lowered so much that it would be more efficient to just wait on the bounty list. And on top of that, adding the achievements would slow down the progress and make people feel like they are getting nowhere. People would be trying to get achievements on 15 bosses instead of 2, and I think it would just make them say, "What's the point of this anymore?" I think it drives people away in the long run. But hey, that's just my opinion and my rating. You shouldn't feel compelled to try to get me to change either, and I'm not trying to change your opinion, just your perspective and awareness of other possible consequences of the change before you push Kano into doing it.

    i see what your saying but it might not turn out that way, i respect your opinion. the way that i would go about getting these achievments i guess isnt like how some others would though. i would slowly kill my bosses off as my guy gets stronger and have my bosses bacily level with my guy but i see what your saying on how some would try to get the achievments as fast as possible. pwoplw doing that i could see have a negative effect on them.

    but the way that i look at bosses are the stronger you get the stronger your bosses get meaning they grow with you and if your guy isnt strong enough to take down the boss(without spending FP) then you wait until he is because there will(most likly) be another boss that your guy is able to kill so you kill that one until you are able to kill the higher level boss.

    Look leveling off your own bosses is fine if ya want to do it that way I see people level all different ways but the best way IMO is to use all aspects of the game not just one,like some do, be it with a partner or the undead or with adventures, etc, then you have to play catch up so ya don't get your arse handed to you, why not play your game your way and stop worrying about what some high level wants to do with his bosses. Leveling for the sake of leveling is only gonna get you so far. Once a boss reached about level 125 or so , give or take, let it go , move on to the next one , that is my opinion. and I still say 1 star :p but ya do have me curious who you are in PC with all this time to wonder about such things lol

    if you want to know who i am there i can tell you, i play on both kanoplay and facebook(facebook not as long as kanoplay).

    i use to be a heavy levler off of battles(facebook not kanoplay) but now that the battle liist is running a little dry i tend to find my self leveling more off of bosses right now. but i do also do my fair share of adventures on both platforms. also love doing challanges i meen who can pass up a chance to get free FP. but the way my character is built is sort of more of an attacker then anything so i can win nearly any battle that crosses my path.

    and i think i might have you added on facebook, i am general fear part of UMF on facebook and on kanoplay i am fear part of DARK.
