I'm not sure how often we have to ask for this, but Kano, here's your chance to redeem yourself. Everybody already thinks that you fixed battle arena to give bad xp so you can make people spend more UN, everybody also thinks there isn't a confirmation button on UN refills/items for the same reason. It's been asked for so many times, and would be a quick simple fix so why do you continue with it? Prove to the community that you aren't trying to scam them. Put the "are you sure" button into the game whenever you are about to spend UN for any reason. Also, don't comment down with the same carbon cut reply assuring us that it was a mishap. Nobody is going to believe you when you say the arena is a bug, and I doubt emailing support about the energy boost I accidentally bought for 10 UN when I was trying to use my daily boost is going to get me my 10 UN back. Stop screwing around with us, and actually do something to prevent accidents from happening instead of telling us to email support about it, and then telling us the reason we don't get a reply from support is because it's clogged up with a bunch of mail. I wonder why that would be.
Never bought energy before but I see what you mean, asks for refill when out on daily log in or a lvl up 10 starz, stam diff though IMOP think of arena? Ever get close to last hit and need refill? I have.
When you run out of energy and go for the energy boost the UN refill button is only a centimeter or two away from the boost button(at least on ZS). I just think that buying UN anything should require confirmation. It would prevent problems from occurring, and it would help solve the support backup issue.
10 from me, I wasted 10 fps yesterday on an accidental energy refill on my phone while trying to use my energy boost. Its complete and utter bullshit and there's no excuse for them to not fix this. I'm not asking for my fps back cause it wouldn't get me anywhere anyway, just fix this stupid crap like you should have ages ago!
Thanks bacondude but i didn't verbally abuse anyone just yet, give it time though, I'm sure I'll get around to it sooner or later
Well, WB considers this post here verbal abuse lmao. I didn't think it was verbal abuse until I read what people consider abuse to be nowadays.
wow hahaha oh well, we're hear to speak our minds to get shit right...are we not? I'll offend or verbally abuse anyone and everyone if i feel something isnt right
Less clicks IS better! Although reducing Support traffic is also a good thing, so believe it or not I'm not moving this anywhere just yet. It's unlikely that there would be a confirmation button for everything bought with FPs in-game, however we are interested in fixing what seem to be the more common issues. Demonik mentioned that he had an issue with accidentally purchasing an Energy refill on his phone after running out. Are there any other issues like this, either on mobile or the regular game? If the refill button is in the same place as the adventure button (or extremely close to it) then this is a UI problem we'd like to fix, as having players accidentally purchase refills is not the intent. For those of you who've accidentally purchased FP items, either on mobile or regular, is there a particular screen that this usually happens in?
I've bought energy refills by accident multiple times when going for the daily boost, and arena I've bought a lot of stamina boosts by accident, when I didn't need to. I've been as close as a challenge help to leveling and accidentally bought a boost. It would make things A LOT easier for everyone.
It happened to my to buy an FP item, when I just made a click to wake up my computer from stand-by, so I give it a 10. It happened on the Home page.
I scored it a 10. This has been brought up several times before, and we always get the same lame response. Less clicks IS better. For the most part, perhaps it is, but in this case I disagree. In fact, since I'm a cynic, I'm going to go ahead and just believe that it's greed on Kano's part. There is absolutely no reason whatsoever for not having a confirmation button except that Kano is aware that it's human nature for most people not to say anything even when they've wasted valuable UN on something useless.
I've actually PMed wonderbread that many people in the game/games have that thought in their mind that Kano is just being greedy with and and they are doing it on purpose, but they have put out no effort at all to try to sway those opinions except a paragraph typed up that nobody believes.
