[FB] Daily reward

I played the game yesterday and I have played it today but my daily reward has been reset to the beginning after I had about 21 days banked.

 

Note: You collect all your pending rewards everytime you come to this Daily Reward page. That means you can stockpile multiple days of rewards to collect them together (to a maximum of 7 days/rewards). However, if you miss a day of play all pending rewards will be removed and you will start over at day 1. Only collects up to 7 days only will not collect 21 days worth sorry nelson its in fine print on that screen

 

That is a bit unfair as some of us DO have a life and work irregular shift patterns. I have just done a night and then 30 hours later a day . Total duty of 31 hours in just over 65 hours, the majority of which is outside internet coverage. I played it at 0400Z yesterday and 2300z today but it still rest me. A failure in the game I think.Why is the player's day not based upon their local time zone rather than yours???

 

So instead of receiving a 100% Energy boost/50% Stamina boost you received a 5% Stamina boost/10% Energy boost? This also happened to me today I thought maybe I'd got my days mixed up, but nope I didn't only received a 5% stamina boost instead of a 50% Stamina boost.

 

Nelson i need you to clarify your posting.

Is it that you stacked up 21 days worth of daily rewards never collecting it during those 21 days. Which would result the loss of daily rewards because your only allowed to hold 7 days max worth of rewards.

Or is it like Dylan said were he had a glitch because if so then it needs to be put into support so the developers can look at it.

But if you do not collect on the 7th day it results in a loss of rewards. You can hoard them for 7 days and collect them on the 7th but it always has to be collected on the 7th day otherwise it relapses and starts over again.

 

guess that is why it is called a daily reward, it is for playing everyday, if life or work gets in the way of it, that is more important , than a game

 

I do collect them almost every day but the reward gets bigger for each day of continuous play. I had played 21 consecutive days but yesterday or today depending on which time zone it reset back to day one.

 

Must of just missed the timer.By playing "everyday" you could play "everyday" but can still miss the reward if you're not back in time.Keep an eye on the timer on reward page.Other possibility is that you had 7 stocked,didn't collect it,and that could of done it too as you can only stockpile up to 7 days.Don't collect,it might end up resetting.

 

Yeah I made sure I took note of the time I had to be on to collect and mine reset too, I've just emailed support about my issue I suggest you do the same
