    Quick question, why can we see stat #'s on opponents loadout items via mobile app, but not desktop?

    Can anyone tell me what that music is on the app? Sounds like something from Game of Thrones but I can't figure out what it is & it's driving me nuts :rolleyes:

    It's an original piece written by a former employee who is in a band in his spare time. :)

    I'm just wondering what the exact point of this thread is......90% of the issues with the app are completely ignored or you're directed to contact support which i still dont understand....why have a feedback thread that serves little to no purpose..... annoying af

    Why does 'random attack' vary so much via levels? Messing around with it last night and hit it to see, sweet I hit a level 33k player and I'm 15k. I know that it's for DPG's or just seeing how compare to other high level players, but seriously 18k levels higher???????? :confused:
    Maybe this is how some of these low levels appear up in my rivals with the variance?

    Keen observation Jades. All 'Random Attack' does is pick someone off your fight list for you, however we should limit this to players who are alive and in-range.

    Amazing how my valid points are constantly ignored. While other pointless questions are answered with no problem. STILL no powerheal among other things that keep getting ignored. What i have to do, shawshank kano like dufresne?? Or is it kano policy to just ignore proper feedback and ideas that make things better? I really don't get you people at all

    I would not anticipate seeing Power Heal or crafting on the mobile apps in the foreseeable future. Smaller bugs and issues will still be fixed up, such as the Guild War issues we've identified over the last couple of weeks.

    Like healing in GW's from APP? Horrible set up, 3 clicks for 1 heal is not ideal....

    Improving the flow of how something existing works within the app is definitely doable, I'll talk to the team. Apologies if I missed this earlier!

    Might wanna suggest to team to make it where "heal button" is actually visible as well. I've had people ask me where the heal button is located several times.

    Thanks to the link here Jades - this really is an issue and needs to be fixed and yes the heal button is hard to find but one click is a super must. I don't care how much my click heals or that I'm using a GF PTS - if your in a raid you already know it's going to cost :)

    No longer working on 4.1.1 my side
    uninstall/re-install, clear cache, reboot, 10 minutes opening APP "wheel spinning" I gave up :confused:

    I'm sure there are, Jades, but I don't play via app, so I have no idea. It looks like you've tried all of the things I would have tried, except for accepting all updates on phone, maybe the 4.1.1 needs an update or something like that. Hopefully, someone else that's more knowledgeable can provide some assistance, I'm just a user with little technical knowledge.

    Hey Jades, we fixed the issue. If the app isn't shut down already please do so and when you load it back it up it should fix itself with the latest code.

    Please let us know if you see any other weirdness on 4.1.1
