How do I equip a

How do I equip a destructive item? In the "OUTBREAKS - SPAIN - FOOTBALL MATCH BARCELONA" I keep acquiring a pair of football boots. The description says "The Football Boots has a higher attack and defense then your currently equipped item. Equip item now!"

How exactly do I do that? I go the page that is linked to it and try as I might, I cannot seem to equip a desctructive item.

 

At this time there is no way to equip them on your personal loadout. There was an update done on Pirate Clan that now allows for 4 armed items. The same msg you are getting is also on Vikings but the update has not been done yet on that or the Zombie app. It may be that an update to load a 4th item is coming. Eric or Kendall will most likely reply & resolve this question.​

Thanks for the post, the message was a bug, it is not possible to equip a destructive item. Fixed now.

 

hi i got that on viking clan after i got adventure Muspell Adventures
Double Cross The Troll King drop Fire Troll its stats equip now so must be bug also

I realize I'm resurrecting a zombe thread here (pun intended), but this is the only thread I could find that addressed destructive items.

What do they do? I've been playing for over 60 levels now, and for the life of me, I can't figure out what the point of destructive items are besides one or two of them can be equipped or needed for future quests... most of them are otherwise unnecessary as far as I can tell. I had several of them disappear on me, so I must assume they're used somehow... but how?

How do you use these things? Any info on this would be appreciated.

 

destructive items are not armable and when you attack someone or are attacked by someone you lose a destructive item in the process as they are consumable.the strongest destructive is automatically chosen,that you have no control over.
if you upgrade them,the game remembers what level you upgraded them to.

 

Go to your inventory->special items page, you can filter the list by destructives. These are acquired by doing outbreaks and boss battles. You automatically use your highest powered destructive item in fights against other zombie slayers. This is denoted by the exploding bomb icon by your character picture in the fight response message.

 

Just fights between players, or does that include boss battles? For using destructive items, that is?

And thank you! Man, I couldn't figure out how to use those things at all! So it's automatic... okay. I guess I've been using them quite a bit then, since I've been attacking players to boost my achievements.

 

Protip: Bosses are not "other zombie slayers".
