Visit the Fight Tab on the Battle page to get started. - View your Opponent, on the Fight Page you can View your opponents statistics, loadout, and achievements. Scope out the competition before you start a Fight. Note that you can attack the target directly off their profile page. - Heal on the fly, along the top of the Fight page is your Heal bar if it is too inconvenient to click here there is a Heal button right in the Fight response when you are too weak to fight.
