Having an issue with several recipes being locked even tho I am at or over the required level to unlock them. Edit: Yes I also realize that most every recipe needs an area unlock as well, the recipes in question are having the same problem there as well, I am either at or beyond the location requirement and the game still puts them in orange lock down like I'm not there yet.
