winning the loto

i dont think the inactive should be in the running to win the loto they should be taken out of the drawing

 

how can an inactive win the lotto? you have to go to the lottery page daily to get your free ticket if im not mistaken?

 

you have to go collect it but everybody is in the running. when i won it not to long ago if i didnt go to the page i wouldnt get it wich is what the inactive would do wich wastes a days for when an active player could have one it and collected

 

Well i need some kano input on this one cause there have been a couple times where i wasnt able to play and had to go to the lottery page to get a free ticket....also, if you dont collect your ticket for today and then do it tomorrow after the next drawing, you will only be able to validate your ticket from the day you didnt collect, you wont hsve a free ticket from today

 

You MUST visit the Lottery page to receive your daily free ticket which puts you in the draw for rewards. So by definition inactives cannot be entered into the Lottery.

well as of right now, all you would have to go on is my word. as i have discarded the screen shots. but players that had been inactive for weeks, and then boom win a 1000FP jackpot. Play for a few days, then gone again. THis last in PC was an alt user. The whole armada practically disbanded and deactivated due to it.

 

You don't have to play that day. The lotto plays every day. All you have to do is go in and claim your ticket and leave again. Just the same way for the daily rewards. So long as your on the game for a minute then your daily rewards will keep piling up for the consectuive days. Sucks i know. I think the lotto could be overhauled. But that is technically all that is required.

 

Sorry i meant to say you don't have to play the game adventures bosses etc. You can just log on to get the lotto everyday and log off. It will allow you to reap the rewards.

 

sadly, wish it was different though. probably messes with the probability of the true active players of winning.

a few times i have gotten the ticket number just before the winning one feels... game likes to troll me lol

 

OKay. I thought you meant inactive as in didn't log in.

 

ya that is what i ment but if you just log in and collect the loto ticket the game considers you active, just another thing that eventually needs to be changed lol. not that important though would rather see some good updates new features.

 

Happened again on Server2. Pirate was inactive, for 5 days, and poof, back online and wins the lotto. I say one has to go online daily to get a number. Miss a day miss a drawing. and this time i have screen shots. lottowin.png shows the inactivity. lottowinname.png shows where he won.

 

still it shows she/he leveled 17 hours ago so if she/he logged in and clicked the lottery tab its actually fair game on their part but if i remember right if they dont come online and collect for a certain amount of time they lose those favor points

 

it is sad how kano claims this is random pickings but which i do not Believe it is Random i think they are doing this for players who are new or so called new to the game...like i said along time ago why not pick the ones who been around longer an who is active everyday...Active everyday Only who wins lotteries an that is my throught about it..

 

yo mi7ch the devs got some explaining to do on this behalf about this Lottery Ticket an everyone needs to know on why are yall doing this to everyone who hasnt one a thing an has been playin an playin for years an years....

 

The Lottery is completely random; if a player visits the Lottery page before the draw then they are granted a free ticket, and they have until the next draw to collect it or it goes back into the pool.

Also, and I will have to confirm this but there are some events that will not post to the social feed so it's possible that player was online and playing during those 5 days but did not hit an event that got published.

 

This player missed 4 drawings when not online. The day he was active he got a ticket, got lucky and won the lottery, seems fair to me.
