[ZS] Why are my challenges help shrinking?

I help with the challenges, and last night it started to shrink from 17000 plus to 4000; is there a new rule I don't know about? I contacted Kano, but they never answer my questions; so much about support!! When will it reset?

 

what exactly is shrinking, the amount of XP, you get??

 

Yes the XP are shrinking, it is now down to 2000!

 

Well I know it goes done with adventures, and when there is a 3 or 5 day calendar, but never noticed one way or another for challenges, when there isn't one of those killer calendars, hmmmmm

 

You get a limited number of challenge helps per day and the XP will eventually reach 1. It goes back up 24 hours after the first help.
