So, I have run into issues in the past where you click on the home button, and it takes you to the "you have purchased 1 XXXX for 30 UN" I think they need to add an extra step in the event of a mis click or home page error, and get another pop up, that says are you sure you wish to proceed. This would get rid of any misclicks, and issues with the page misdirecting when you dont even click on the item. Just a thought, What do you think?
Been brought up many times with the result of basically not going to happen for reason of FRICTION, so basically deal with it or contact support..
NP, I would think be less FRICTION with a confirmation button, just like on energy refills (pointless unless your raiding) than having KANO support deal with tickets. My guess is most just say screw it, and move along.
