Every time I go to attack someone a few hundred levels above me I get a warning saying that they are out of my range. Last night I won about 600+ billion in bounties from one person 400 levels above me. He is still able to attack me. Yet for some reason, other lower levels that have pistol whipped me in that same time frame cannot be attacked back. I try to attack and I get a message saying they are out of my range. So, who can someone 400 levels above me keep smacking me, but I can't keep smacking someone a few hundred levels lower than I am, even though we have all encountered each other in the last 12 hours?
as long as the higher did not kill you,they can retaliate for 24hrs.once they kill you,the timer ends until you hit them again.
