Hi everybody, Last week we changed over to the new payment system on Facebook (this was a mandatory change). We've seen some Support tickets come in regarding this and I'd like to make a quick PSA about something. If you purchase Credits through Facebook and you get a notification that your payment was unsuccessful and to try again, do not attempt to make another payment. Wait to see if you original payment went through, as it seems that people are being charged anyways. Support is working to get to these tickets as fast as possible, and we're communicating with Facebook to get this straightened out. Thanks for your patience and understanding!
