unimportant question off the topic of ZS

I know this is waaaay off the topic we are trying to discuss here, but I am really curious, so I ll ask. How can one change his status here in forum? I mean, I am ´recruit´. What do I need to do to become something else? Like ´master´ or something. Do I have to reply on some particular number of threads or create some threads or have a lot of friends here?
