UN Item confirm button

FFS....

you guys really need to get a F-ing confirm button for buying UN items. I just accidentally bought a caveman sabertooth tiger by accidentally clicking the button instead of the profile button.

How can i get a refund?

 

I've done that, just write customer service an email they will refund the item

Really? You can ask for a refund? Didn't realise that. I also accidentaly bought an item the other day - silly caveman club thingy - as I hastily clicked away on the home screen. Wish there was an "are you sure you want to buy this?" pop-up ... but at least if we can request a refund it ain't the end of the world. Thanks for that xx

 

yes - confirm button TOTALLY needed, especially when windows freeze or load slow. And yes they are great about refunding when you accidentally buy a special item. Usually takes less than an hour

I asked for a confirmation button long ago. A confirmation upon purchasing regular items would be nice, too

 

same thing happen to me.... just lost 30 un...grrrrr!!!!!
