I normally don't pay to play, but today thought I would spend a little because I had saved by not going to the pub. I saw .... 50 UN Credits for $10 USDNow only 7 USD! and checked the currency conversion . At approx .... 7.00 USD=4.60485 GBP I thought fair enough. Upon starting the transaction I realised that I was going to be charged 5.70 GBP! And thus cancelled! WTF is that about!?
Due to new EU VAT laws that came into effect on the 1 of January 2015, we are required by the EU to add VAT to all of our transactions as the place of taxation was changed from where the supplier is to where the purchaser resides.
