Screen shot it, make sure the time and date are on there Make sure you get ALL of it in the screenshot(s) (yes it may have to be more than one, but who cares) Send to Kano Support, and see what happens. If you give sufficient proof that a person is A) using an alt B) using a script/bot or C) threatening or slandering you, the account SHOULD BE BANNED. If it isn't, then you will know if there's some favoritism going on here
