Why is it so much cheaper now?

 

They triggered a bounty trap while they were on bounty?

That causes the offending player's bounty to reset, rather than kill them off the bounty list wasting the bounty, doesn't it?

So it's because he bought a boatload of inventory with high upkeep?
Sold a load of Empire?

And not because he was killed by a Trap while bountied?
(does that happen in the other games too? Does it even still happen in ZS? )


Unless he is lowering his bounty so that he will be bountied more and more, to enable him to revert back to the upkeep situation he had before and have an obscene bounty price?
