Facebook: 53 KPs2: 5 The majority of permanently frozen accounts are frozen for being a shared or alternate account. This is something we actively investigate, and we appreciate players reporting suspicious accounts to us. If you have any questions or comments about a frozen account, please direct them through Support as the Forums are not the place to discuss account freezes, because of the sensitive account information involved. New Limited Items! A new week means new Limited Items! Here’s what’s up for grabs: New Battle Drops! We released some new Battle Drops to the game this past week. These drops are for levels 8k+. Punch Leaderboards and Achievements! You know what’s satisfying? Punching your foes in the face. You know what’s even more satisfying? Seeing your punches go up on the leaderboard and getting achievements for it! We’ll be implementing a “Hardest Punch” leaderboard in the game today with the related achievements coming next week. Get punching, mobsters! Support Report with your favorite burrowing, nocturnal mammal and Answerpreneur, Aardvark!! Happy Friday players! Another long week; the trend of high request numbers and longer response times has been continuing. We're currently working to change things up on our end to improve the speed and service we provide, but in the meantime a big thank you to everyone for your patience. An update on the Facebook purchases situation: it looks like the new systems in place that handles transactions have been making extra checks before applying orders to player's accounts. This can sometimes result in a few extra minutes of delay, but things looks like they're working and orders are coming through just fine.
