Please contact Paypal directly if you believe there's something wrong with your account Okay after contacting Paypal and verifying all my info is up to date and they see no issue on their end. Yet every time i try to purchase it still won't let me do it. And before some ass hat says something stupid please read above where i said i contacted paypal and everything checked out find with my link account. This is directed at Kano since this is not the first time they have had issues with paypal on their end.
Jon you are going to have to file this through support as that is where payment issues are resolved. Unfortunately I do not have experience dealing with payment resolution so I cannot begin to comment on what might be going on here but our support team will hopefully be able to help you out with this.
Maybe it's Facebook? Facebook did that to me in regards to payment with a cellphone. I just needed a refill of stamina for two big bosses that were sent to me, but FB wouldn't let the $2 purchase go through. A notice appeared saying Facebook was not accepting cellphone payments at this time and to try another method. Lost out on the beasties and still no clue as to why they wouldn't accept what had been allowed before. Just a thought in case KANO says it's not on their end. Hope you get it figured out!
