This is something we actively investigate, and we appreciate players reporting suspicious accounts to us. If you have any questions or comments about a frozen account, please direct them through Support as the Forums are not the place to discuss account freezes, because of the sensitive account information involved. Here’s what’s up for grabs: Things You May Not Know Recently we’ve had a lot of new players joining in thanks to our launch on Kongregate and Armor and there are always people picking up the game on Facebook and Kano Play. In this new segment I’m going to be calling out some features that newcomers might not know about. This week we’re highlighting the “Accept All” button for Gifts. Clicking on each individual gift may take a long time, so there’s a handy shortcut for you under the Gifts tab on your Alerts tab (it’s the little person icon under the XP bar). The big news in Support is we're bringing a new person onto team Kano to help out with Tickets. This way I won't have to keep hijacking mi7ch when we start get behind and he can focus more on the forums and getting player ideas and feedback over to the devs and designers. You'll get a more formal introduction next week when she starts and begins her unstoppable reign of terror over all things Support-related! the problem with hitting accept all is sending back then takes 3x as long. instead of it saying send gift, it says send A gift, which brings a popup and then you have to choose which one. if you do them one at a time, you automatically send them back a wish list item.
