We've had tickets out the yin yang this week, so sorry to everyone who waited longer than normal for a response. With the new year well under way we've been focused on getting our ducks in a row and had a big meeting today for what we want to be achieving in the coming months. Plans are still pretty high-level, but we want to focus on some meat-and-potatoes type goals like server performance and page load speeds, as well as some fun stuff like events and features. A quick note about private messages! Since they are generally only read by a single recipient, we know that messages sent through these channels will often have a tone that is more familiar than a message that can be easily seen by multiple people. Some PMs can get pretty, er, intimate. Which is fine; two mature consenting individuals can say what they like to each other in a closed conversation. However should you be sending messages that are meant to be private and personal, please try to double check you are sending them to the correct person. A less familiar acquaintance might be less appreciative of this kind of communication. Also a Fun Fact for you: game admins do have the ability to review PM exchanges in case there has been a problem with abusive behaviour. However trust me when I say we would really rather not, so please don't be upsetting people in ways that would make us have to.
