What is the occasion you might ask? Well, it’s Family Day! If it sounds made up, that’s because it probably is. Someone somewhere realized that we previously didn’t have any three-day weekends in February, the worst month of the year (objectively) and decided to give us one starting last year. So, what this means for you folks is that the friendly Kano/Apps staff won’t be around until Tuesday so Forum questions and Support tickets will have a slightly longer than normal response time. For Family Day, I’ll be spending my time with Edward Kenway, the protagonist of Assassin’s Creed 4: Black Flag, who is the only family I really need. To help make pages load faster, information about the sites you have visited is often stored on your computer. This info is called your cache. When an update is released to a game or the site it's hosted on, this cached data may no longer be up to date and will sometimes even interfere with page loading instead of helping. If something in your game doesn't seem to be working right, try logging out and clearing your cache. If you're not sure how, just do a quick Google search.
