Player Bans July 26 - August 1 As a reminder, the following numbers are permanently frozen accounts, and don't count temporary freezes. FB: 13 MS: 44 The majority of permanently frozen accounts are frozen for being a shared or alternate account. This is something we actively investigate, and we appreciate players reporting suspicious accounts to us. Ever since Myspace shut down their game support we’ve been putting a lot of attention into Kano Play, tuning it up to give our players a new home, or a better alternative if they’ve come from Facebook. We’re taking that even further today with a facelift for the site including some additional functionality coming in the near future like chat, a friend inviter and profiles and avatars! Don’t Incur the Wrath of Davy Jones: Inactive Players Now Being Listed In case you missed the post about this the other day, Davy Jones is now expressing his displeasure when players haven’t set sail in a while. What this means in game terms is that when players are inactive for 6+ months and they’re over level 300 they have a chance to be listed. This only occurs when the last bounty has been collected and there isn’t an active player listed within a certain time frame. Up to three inactive players can be listed at one time and an account can only be listed once every seven days. This currently active on both Kano Play Myspace and Facebook. This is a community requested feature and you can see the original thread here. Rival Heal Button Adjustments In order to make gameplay a bit more balanced across the board, we’re making a tweak to how the Heal button on the Rivals page works. Putting the Heal button on the Rivals page was supposed to allow players to heal while fending off attackers but the functionality of the button allowed players to heal faster than was previously possible than with the button on the main page. This has now been rectified and there will be a couple second pause before players can click the Heal link again. This should cut down on the number of players spamming the heal button and will help further expose those who are using Heal Bots. Please check this thread here to leave your feedback! As per usual, a common theme has been players being mean to other players. I will remind everyone that our games are designed with adults in mind and are based on multiplayer combat. We're not trying to be exclusive here, but if you are upset because someone has attacked you 15 times in the past 3 days, this game may not be the best fit for you. The older design(which I can screenshot since I never refreshed)had support link right in plain sight. Seems to be missing on the new design.

Great changes this week! And superb support help, as usual! Thank you for the updates, upgrades, changes to catch cheaters, and the overall hard work you do to keep this awesome game afloat. On a more serious note: Should I take your jab at "Pacific Rim" to mean it would be better off as "Bottom of the Pacific Rim"?
@TabithaMoon Haha it wasn't supposed to be a jab, although I suppose it could be read that way. I actually think it's a really awesome movie, probably one of my favorites of 2013 so far.
