This is something we actively investigate, and we appreciate players reporting suspicious accounts to us. New Limited Items! Long Weekend! First and foremost I’d like you folks to know that this coming Monday, September 1, is a holiday for us here in Canada: Labour Day! As you might remember from last week’s Support Report, Aardvark is down at PAX Prime in Seattle, WA, so I’m picking up the slack today. This week’s topic is about the appropriate channels to contact any representative of Kano/Apps. The best way to get our attention and receive a guaranteed response is to send in a Support ticket. Yes, sometimes it can take us a while to get back to you, but our ticket system is designed to make sure that everyone is dealt with in an appropriate and (mostly) prompt manner. That said, there are alternate ways of contacting me directly, such as PMs through the forums which I try my best to get back to. If what you’re PMing me about is Support related like bug/alt/bot reports, refunds or game issues, I’ll have to send you to Support anyways. Messages through other avenues, such as in-game messages or reporting forum posts and appending your message to that, are not the best way to get in touch with me or anyone from Kano. So to summarize, good ways to contact anyone from Kano/Apps directly: Support tickets first and foremost and then forum PMs to myself, depending on the issue. Bad ways: in-game private messages and attaching things to forum post reports. Hello or howdy to our new dude I didn't know we were able to pm any of the devs. Not to be rude in anyway, but i must admit with all the hard efford we had to come up with to earn our free kranium, stats ought to have been a sligthty bit higher :-/ I'm not even using my fine free kranium in my attack or defense... Maybe next time you give a free gift, you could consider to aply stats according to the level the player in question is at, so we all could use it, thank you and again welcome
I still find it bizarre how people complain about a perfectly useable free item. After over 5 year of playing & not even I have all my equipment so powerful that an item with 175 attack & 170 defense isn't used in battle... I must be doing something wrong. In Viking Clan, it's my 32nd most powerful attack & 28th most powerful defense weapon of the 8965 weapons my 1793 Chieftains bring to each battle! I guess I'm lucky to have gotten such a weapon to help defend against such powerful potential opponents that this item isn't something they would even need!
You can PM the devs if you'd like, that was more of a warning that PMs are not a reliable way to get in touch with Kano staff.
