We're still looking for additional applicants, so if you're interested make sure you email me at community@kanoapps.com Support Report Just a reminder, the Support Report is written by our wonderful Support Person Melanie AKA Aardvark Hey players! Some of you were having some trouble adding screenshots to your tickets this week. We're going to do a more thorough review of the attachment system in the Support Center, but in the meantime here are a few tips to help your images get through to us: 1) If your first attempt at submitting a ticket fails, such as if you forgot to put in a subject line, remember to re-add any files you are trying to send us, as sending errors seem to clear the attachments 2) Consider saving your image as a GIF, JPEG, or PNG . We can accept a wide range of file types, but these are formats that we rarely seem to have issues with. 3) Keep an eye on the size of your files. We've set the caps pretty high, but larger images take longer to upload and the Support Center seems to have some trouble with them if they are larger than a few MB. A quick note about crates! Crates are a bit of a lucky dip: some items you get from crates will be better than others, but ultimately what you get is a matter of luck, and w've done our best to be upfront with the possible drops and the probability of getting them. Because of chance-based nature of these purchases, we are not able reverse crate purchases. Not even if you "slipped" and "accidentally" got an item that was less good than you were hoping for.
