This is something we actively investigate, and we appreciate players reporting suspicious accounts to us. If you have any questions or comments about a frozen account, please direct them through Support as the Forums are not the place to discuss account freezes, because of the sensitive account information involved. Battle Arena Multiple-Attack Feature Part of the updates we introduced was a new Multiple-Attack feature. We received a wonderful amount of feedback from players, and we absolutely appreciate you all letting us know what you thought about the feature. In particular, don't make negative remarks about anyone's personal or real-world life. Not only is it completely rude and unhelpful, it's also disrespectful of everyone who comes to the game to play and have fun. Also, a Fun Fact! If you think there's something shifty going on you're always welcome to send us a report, and we do look into every account brought to our attention. However, please keep in mind that not everybody who looks suspicious is actually breaking any rules. There are plenty of real explanations for activity or account stats that are different from what you might expect. -Melanie Random Dan-Plans As many of you may have noticed, I like to share anything that's particularly interesting coming up in the weekend for me, and I usually do so at the top of the post. To make this post a little easier to read, I will be sticking any random plans/thoughts of mine down here so as not to confuse anyone. I'll be doing something I don't get to do nearly enough this weekend, which is see some live theatre! There's a one-person show festival going on in Victoria right now, and I'm fortunate enough to be able to go see a few this weekend. Always nice to see KANO keeping the players in the loop. It's really cool that you get us involved and you encourage feedback. Thank you so much for listening about the Battle Arena issues. It's nice seeing official threads about it and regular input from KANO. About the bannings: Would it be possible to list the player who is banned? I don't mean the Facebook account name, just the player game name. I think it would be helpful to those who suspected someone or reported someone. If they are no longer in the game, what could it hurt to let other gamers know what is going on when a captain or rival suddenly vanishes? I have noticed a drop in certain cheating activity. I'm not sure if this is because the main cheaters in the game lost their accounts (and possibly their multiple accounts, thereby, ceasing the majority of the cheating in one blow) or because people are getting the hint KANO is watching and doing something about it. Either way, thanks for the vigilance! I haven't been to live theater since I was a teenager, and since I live in the US, I can't see White Rabbit, Red Rabbit. It sounds interesting, though. I need to bring my daughter to something soon. She loves acting out scenes and filming her dolls in shows she creates. She's never been to a theatrical performance. Thanks for the inspiration!
