Updated User Settings Interface As some of you may already know, your user settings are accessible by clicking on "Settings" in the top left corner of the game window. We've added a few more options, and added some descriptions of settings that were less clear. Go check yours out now! Winter Newsletter Finally Available! After much ado, the Winter Newsletter is finally available by using the self-sender on your home screen. You can also view the newsletter in-game once you've sent it to a valid newsletter. Thanks for everyone's patience while we figured this out, and we very much appreciate the community suggestion to have a self-sender. Announcement regarding Super Rewards This week we announced that we will be removing Super Rewards as one of our third-party payment providers. Read the full announcement here. New Structure for Ideas Forum In an effort to better show how much we appreciate community ideas I've been working on a new structure for the Ideas forum. Check out this thread for more information. Community and Support on the weekend I just wanted to quickly remind you all that while we do keep always a close watch on game stability, we do not currently have a Community or Support person available on the weekend, which means that it's rather unlikely to receive a response to a Community or Support issue on those days. We are hoping to have better coverage for these areas in the future, although we appreciate your patience and consideration until we do. Faction GP Bug There was a small bug with how Faction GP was reporting for the first few days of this season. We have since fixed the bug, and everything should be showing accurate point totals. Click here for our announcement about the bug. Recent update to Challenges You may have noticed a "processing" message coming up while playing a mini-game. This message isn't a glitch, and is actually a result of a fix we made to address some issues that were coming up with mini-game completions. We apologize for any frustration the delays cause. Bit of a scramble in Support this week: we had a Faction GP bug that caused some inaccurate Season total numbers that took us a few days to nail down and correct. A big thank you to everyone who helped out by providing details about what they were seeing and updates as we worked to fix the bug. We have also been pretty busy with high numbers investigations and reports lately, which will likely be reflected in the Freeze counts. Fun fact: Whether or not we take action on accounts has very little to do with the number of reports we receive and a lot to do with what we find when performing investigations.
