Have been wondering if this is a bug or intentional for a while. The Sydney crafting weapon Elite Cyber-tags has a 47 attack and 59 Defense. Yet the optimal has the Attack/defense reversed - 69 Attack and 57 Def. This makes the item unusable. If the ratings were as most optimal items are - 10/10 higher, this would be a usable defensive weapon for a little while.
