Not sure if this is Kano or external content providers, but for a few weeks now the surveys to earn FP are broken. The popup that is supposed to start the survey is just a black box and the little loading bar sits there and spins its wheels forever. Doesn't affect gameplay, but free points are nice.
This is controlled by trial pay, and yeah I've noticed it being quite sketchy recently. Here's a little tip if you use firefox though, if you're confronted by the never ending loading bar... right click in the box with the loading bar and you'll see an option saying "This Frame" hover over that with your mouse and it'll show you a sub menu, choose "Reload Frame" and it should refresh just that box. Sometimes it fixes it some times, some times it doesn't, but it beats waiting about. I tried reloading the frames, and i just get a refresh of the same black box. And yeah, the videos are busted most of the time too. Even if I haven't watched any, I still get the 'you just missed this limited offer' if I click on the video icon as soon as it appears. I guess it is just a tactic to make us spend to buy GFs haha.
We're constantly in communication with Trial Pay due to the reports of their service not working both here on the forums and through Support. Watch & earn videos are not providing favour points after completion, today we have the Virgin Video & The boots video being advertised & I've watched both only to see my FP stash stay the same & not increase meaning I'm short 2 FP's
Hey Tony_G, you can check on your order status if you go to "Earn Favor Points" button on the bottom of the page and click that. Then you'll see a Help tab. Click Help and you should see this: That should show you the status of your free Favor Points, as well as a link to talk to Trail Pay if you need to.
