Well, I wanted to buy some FP from SR for Pirate Clan some minutes back. I got the message that this would require a registered Credit Card to do so. Just for testing I initiated buying some FP on Viking Clan and, no Credit Card needed. Both times I chose PayPal for paying. Did anyone else have this happen to them?
