[VC] stamina refill when level up

I am wondering if this game is just set up different or I am having a problem with it. When I level I do not get a full refill on my stamina. I get it on all other things, but stamina only goes partial, and it is not the same each time. I have 142 stamina right now and when i leveled it went up to 51 (i only had 1 left when i leveled).

It'll be same from now on, max of 50 stamina, energy refill on level up max is 500
