So how do we request new gifts

Since we have repeatedly been told all life events qualify for new gifts.

How do we get them for those that passed away already.

I do believe it'd go a long way to soothing the hurt that has been caused by the newest gift when others were turned down for the same request.

To my knowledge, and according to Support as well, we've actually never turned down anyone who's requested our help. A lot of people don't go out of their way to ask us for things but when they do we always try to accommodate.

As we've said multiple times in the past, if anyone is interested in inquiring about our services in acknowledging an event they're more than welcome to contact Support with as much relevant information about the event as they can get (for example an obituary in the event of a player passing away) and we'll see what we can do.
