Restricting Hitlist

i think it would be a good idea for lvl 100 or below to be restricted from hunting... dont get me wrong i like an easy kill as much as the next guy, i just dont think its good for the game as a whole... i want peeps to give the game a shot... here's an example, the person just joined and is immediately attacking me on the list and yes i gave'em their 1st death,lol

I thought they were but I guess that's the 7 day protection and you can disable that

 

I agree with this.. They are more likely to attack the wrong person and get some brutal retaliations.
