reply to yet another closed thread

Thats the reason u gave in the first thread u closed, now its because of a threat? Which is it? If that thread was just for Dan to apologize and no replies were wanted, then why didnt he close it himself immediately after posting?

If a threat was made made why not delete it, remove the offenders entire post and temp ban the offender until a Administrator could make the final call? Its not like its a crime scene that needs to be taped off until the forensics team is done.


This is all just ridiculous, Your defending/ making excuses for a fellow mod simply because they are a fellow mod. Clearly u didnt read everything she said because she said exactly what happened and nowhere in her words did she say she accidentally posted on a closed thread, rather.....she said she had the right to do it and that she was speaking as a community member not as a moderator. Or even worse ....u did read everything and still didnt see/get/ want to accept it. Do u really expect us to take u seriously when you have blatant disregard for the community as a whole?



As a moderator u have many tools at your disposal, Dont try to build a house with just a screw driver.

 

Yes, I feel have a right to defend myself regardless of whether a thread is closed or not closed and ya know I did not notice right away , but that is neither here or there, IMO, it was 5:00 am when I woke up and went to the world boss and out of habit stopped into the forum to see if anyone need anything and see the attack on me ,once again I say to anyone who has a problem go to that closed thread the first one ( Limited Holiday Items) and see the couple of posts I made before I went offline for the night and tell me what I said that warranted an attack on me that another mod felt that thread needed to be closed and I am thankful it was , not that it stopped anyone from continuing their attack on me in a new post , NO where did I tell anyone how to feel , No where, and for someone else to say that I did is just unreal this has become a circus. The person who accused me is Wrong plain and simple and yes I was pissed at that time, now I find the whole thing a sick joke, and now I see that the"" threats""" that were made. Really??? lmao at that no screen shots needed all the evidence is right here and always has been . and BTW I am not aware of being able to Ban people from the forum. just sayin lol don't think that would be something I would want to be able to do that is up to Kano, and if someone feels I " abused" something by defending myself , as I was verbally abused by another person (have me arrested ) ( could not resist) .

@ polish , I do though understand being frustrated when in the middle of posting all of a sudden ya can't.

seriously tho...heres the answer to all your whys...why do higher levels chainlist? cause they can. why does a higher level pound on a lower in their rival list till theyre dead? cause they can. why do i jump from guild to guild? cause i can why do i post in the forum? cause i can. why do most people do the things they do? cause they can. its just that simple. show me 1 person that has never abused any type of power given to them and ill show you a million that have. its a part of life, sh*t happens. can we move on now and argue about something more fruitfull? fruitfull...is that right? i typed it with one L and that didnt look right either...huh...i would google it but im lazy

lol, Like I said previously, weve all been in similar situations and they are unfortunate to say the least. But with all else aside...my entire point is that you posted on a closed thread as a community member which is 100% wrong. Now your saying that it was an accident, yet the post remains does it not? Like you said....u understand the frustration, why dont u understand the frustration that you as a member ...not a moderator apparently gets special privileges that we dont? I hope these to be final words on this subject, I completely understand why you did what you did and may have done the same thing in similar circumstances......but that doesnt mean it would have been ok for me either, the only real diff I see is that I would have taken ownership of my mistake once I calmed down and was able to look at things a bit more rationally.

 

Ok , lol, hopefully this is my last response, I do not feel I made a mistake, nor do I perceive it at doing anything wrong, you don't like that I did it and I can respect your opinion (but I do not agree) that but I posted in a thread to defend myself I am also on a laptop and cannot see the whole screen at once, and yes when I went to hit the submit button to post my response I saw it was closed, but I was still determined to make my feelings known, you can call it a mistake, I call it sticking up for myself , tomatoe tomato , are you a scorpion by any chance lol
