Here is an idea: in the raid boss fights I have been in, the bottom tier is mostly empty. How about. On the final day of the boss fight, tiers were dropped to allow any pirate with the stamina and gusto to jump in and kill the boss? If a day is too much, maybe the final hours???? Just a thought.
I would actually say if half the time has expired and the boss is over half health then the tier should open to any
thinking this might be a good idea ,as the lowers either kill the raid health or cannot even get the min in, but I also think on FB the top tier should be level 6k ( at the very least) and up not 5K, .
