1) Could you put the health of the Raid Group in the Boss sub menu. Currently we can only see the Raid Bosses Health. 2) Could you give the player who actually gets the group killed a severe penalty. Maybe 5 levels. Getting a group killed is either sabotage or stupidity. There is no excuse for either. 3) Can give the option of sacrificing a level 4000k spot for a lower level spot. There is only 8 players on my server over level 4000.....
OMG you want to make someone lose 5 levels, JFC then be careful who you invite, boy alittle cutthroat there aren't we, sheeesh
The five levels is a bit harsh...maybe being kicked out of the Raid Party and killed by the Boss is a little kinder. Not to mention the backlash they will get from the group is pretty harsh. Maybe if the boss's health didn't reset to full but was something like the Battle Arena where it got some health but not back to full depending on the raiding parties size.
Right now we're working on a couple changes to the Raid wipe mechanic. I'll lay them out below so you can give us your thoughts. If the Raid group gets the Boss' health down in 10% increments (starting at 90%), then the Boss' health will reset to that point instead of refilling to full. If a player wipes the raid two or more times then they become eligible to be kicked from the Raid.
If this will be Kanos fix, then would be great to show in some way that you have reached a new chekpoint and you can leave the game relaxed without worrying that someone will reset all your progress.
I would like it better if it was lowered to the first time and you can get the boot but it is a big improvement......we have already had one person kill us.
The mechanic was simple enough to understand from the beginning. If someone ruins it once, that is grounds to kick 'em... Like in DnD...the person that gets the party killed is given **** for weeks and has to reroll their character, whereas the other people get to use their old characters...
I am just reading this and it does sound good, but there are people that gets the raids health low and don't care to heal. And then the next person to join in and does not look is the one that kills the raid. So that person should be, but also the one that got the raids health that low in the first place. Because they wanted the raid to die and that raid group not get any rewards.
I made the same mistake several times (but I did not kill any raids). If the raid health gets REALLY low (less than 30k), a red message shows up above the attack/barrage button. That was enough to keep me from suiciding any of the raids I was in.
Rehealing drops energy,so it is def worth it to reheal,I usually hit it 4 times then rehealed 4 times and so on
I only let may raid get down to 200k and then healed. Until I saw you get more attack damage the better your health is. So I did not let it get into the yellow. But still saw some not caring and I had to heal a great deal. At those times I could not fight, because I did not have the energy for it.
So in turn when the next Raid Bosses comes out, I won't post for help. But will ask my guild and then ask each person I believe won't try to kill my raid team.
I did a test run with different stamina used, I reported the issue but never heard anything back, use 20 stam only=less healing the raid's health. 1 stamina compared to a 20 did almost the exact same damage to raid's health, but damage dealt to boss was exponential.
this is interesting. i was so concerned about not killing the raid i didn't do any 20 stam hits. i'll check this out in the next round and try to be careful to watch the raid health. that may be part of the reason why so many players (including myself) had trouble putting them down.
